Welcome to Bear and Bird Designs

Whether you are an investor wanting to create revenue from the perfect holiday home or someone wanting to create the home of their dreams Bird and Bear Designs can help turn your thoughts into reality.

My name is Charlotte Boundy and I have over 10 years experience in the design business based in North Devon. I have designed and built new build houses, renovated buildings, created successful holiday lets and restored old properties.

I understand the complete design process from working with architects, obtaining Planning Permission/Building Control, working with tradespeople, right through to the finished article.

I have a very keen eye for detail and perfection in everything I do. I believe that your surroundings can inspire you and it is all in the details.
